I just wanted to forward on my thanks in my recent and first troubleshooting request. My site crashed and Webcom had the issue isolated and resolved faster than I could have ever hoped and this gives me great confidence for the future
Had an issue with my custom 404 error page loading and started a chat with David M. He was able to quickly resolve the problem and seemed happy to do so. I highly recommend Webcom. They have all the solutions
Webcom" assisted me in moving my installation to the top level instead of the sub directory that I originally installed to. In the process of trying to fix this myself I messed up a few important files and now everything was fixed
